Each of my handbags are made from upcycled fabrics, and the primary materials used are polyester and cotton.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Yes, returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your receiving your order. Please contact contact@julieanncollections.com to initiate your refund, including your order number.
Items need to be returned in the condition they were sent with all packaging for a full refund of the item, this does not include postage. We do not cover return postage.
Upon the receipt of the goods we will conduct an inspection and if the goods are found to be in the condition they were sent in we will refund the cost of the products returned. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. -
A refund request can be submitted within 7 days after the purchase is made.

When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please see my return policy for more details on how to do that.

Items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail - which typically has shipping times of or 3-5 days. Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
